The Accounts Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records for our restaurant. This role involves Inventory movement audit, Costing, Auditing expenses, examining financial statements, inspecting account books, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Accounts Auditor will play a crucial role in identifying discrepancies, recommending improvements, and supporting the overall financial health of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Audits: Conduct regular audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
Account Inspections: Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency and adherence to accepted accounting procedures.
Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain comprehensive financial records.
Inventory Audit: Carry out daily audit on Inventory movement and identify any discrepancies in stock
Expense Audit & control: Carry out thorough audit on all expenses and recommend to Management on measures to control expenses
Internal Controls: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting and recommend improvements.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify discrepancies in Stock reports and financial reports and work with relevant departments to resolve outstanding issues.
Costing: Carry out detailed food & beverage costing on daily/weekly basis
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to management.
