📝 Job Description:

🔸 Job Responsibilities:

Define and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with business and product goals.
Lead architecture, development, deployment, and scaling of web, mobile, and backend systems.
Take ownership of backend, frontend, and mobile technology stacks and ensure best practices.
Manage server infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure/Firebase) and ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes.
Drive product-focused engineering, ensuring performance, reliability, and user experience.
Guide and mentor the engineering team, conduct reviews, and support skill development.
Collaborate with founders/product teams on roadmaps, timelines, and technical decisions.
Explore and guide Blockchain/Web3 integrations where applicable.
Ensure security, data integrity, and system reliability across platforms.

🔸 Candidate Skills:

Linux-based servers

Nginx / Apache

Server setup, deployment & maintenance

Smart Contracts (Ethereum / Solidity)

Web3 integration & wallets

Blockchain application architecture

Leadership & Management: Team handling, mentoring, technical decision-making
Core Strengths: Problem-solving, troubleshooting, scalability planning, execution focus
Mindset: Product-driven, startup exposure preferred
