Job Responsibilities

To develop new market appointing an distributor in vacant area / town.
Strong focus on achieving the secondary sales from distributor point.
Establishing the daily target of SR and reporting.
Work on Beat Plan of sales team
Involved in supervision of secondary sales executed by team.
100% commencement of deliveries for secondary sales.
Execution of any promotional implementation and POP displays.
Monitoring the Primary Sales of Distributors as per the month targets.
Prepare the sales forecast and turnover for the assigned territory.
Day to Day Coordination with all sales field, office staff for timely production and dispatch.
