📝 Job Description:

🔸 Job Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and audits.
Handle TDS compliance, return filing, challans, and Form 26Q/24Q reconciliation.
Coordinate for statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit.
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger review.
Monitor accounts payable & receivable, ageing analysis, and follow-ups.
Assist in budgeting, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reports.

🔸 Candidate Skills:

🔸 Qualification:

Inter CA (IPCC) – Strongly Preferred (Experience 0 to 1 Year)
Master’s degree in commerce (M. Com) or equivalent. (Experience 2 to 5 Year)
experience (preferably in finance, broking, AIF, AMC, Jewellery or corporate sector).
Practical exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance is essential.
