Job Responsibilities:

Recording of all daily transactions in books and operation module.

Co-orinate and communicate with client’s accountant on daily basis.

Respond to client on their queries timely and assist them wherever needed.

Reconcile cash in hand and stock in hand with manual datasheet on daily basis.

Take action immediately on the discrepancies arises during the reconciliation.

Reconcile bank and other key accounts regularly.

Prepare all schedules related to monthly, quarterly and annual closing.

Report to immediate manager daily on on-going tasks, queries, discrepancies and any other things which needs to be disclosed and important.

Responsible to maintain and keep error free the books of accounts and operation module.

Provide information related to accounts to all stakeholder as and when needed.

Carry out any other/ad-hoc tasks which are assigned.

 

Candidate Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience.

Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and database.

Should be good with English communication.
