Digital Marketing Coordinator (3-6 Years)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Team Leader. This position involves coordinating with the team members, ensuring seamless collaboration across different functions, and providing support in various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background with agency experience in graphic design, web development, PPC, SEO, branding, and expertise in utilizing Google platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervision, Coordination, and Support

Supervise the marketing team, providing guidance and support in day-to-day activities

Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring effective collaboration among team members

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, documentation, and project tracking

Provide guidance in preparing reports and presentations on marketing performance

Graphic Design and Branding

Oversee graphic design projects, ensuring visual assets align with brand guidelines

Collaborate with the design team to supervise the creation of visual content for marketing materials

Web and Digital Marketing Oversight

Supervise web development projects, liaising with developers to ensure website updates and enhancements

Oversee PPC campaigns and provide support for SEO initiatives, collaborating with specialists within the team

Social Media

Oversee and contribute to the creation and distribution of engaging content

Manage social media accounts and coordinate advertising campaigns on social media platforms

Google Platforms

Manage and supervise Google Analytics, ensuring accurate reporting on website performance

Oversee the implementation and management of Google My Business and Google Tag Manager

Project Management

Coordinate and manage marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies

Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and clients to facilitate effective communication

Market Research

Conduct market research to gather insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Assist in developing reports based on market intelligence

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of agency experience

Proven experience in a marketing supervisory role with coordination responsibilities

Proficiency in graphic design tools, web development basics, PPC, SEO, branding principles, and Google platforms

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment

Job Location: Hybrid – Work From Home & Office (Ahmedabad)

Once or Twice in a Month – Need to come to the Office at the Ahmedabad location.
