📝 Job Description:
🔸 Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and formulate new flavour creations from scratch or modify existing flavours as per project requirements.
- Lead flavour development projects, identify challenges, and provide innovative technical solutions.
- Evaluate and test new raw materials for future flavour development opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations to resolve manufacturing and scale-up challenges.
- Act as a technical expert in flavour creation techniques and support category-level initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior flavourists.
- Engage in technical discussions with multinational teams/locations for project alignment and knowledge sharing.

🔸 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Science
🔸 Experience: 7-12 Years (Minimum of 7 years’ experience in flavour industry creative function)
🔸 Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work From Office)
