📝 Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency and oversee the execution of conferences, roundtables, roadshows, and industry events.
The role involves managing end-to-end operations, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless delivery of client commitments.

🔸 Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations team
- Oversee end-to-end execution of events and projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of client commitments and project deliverables
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage operational costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
- Work closely with finance on vendor billing, budgets, and cost optimization
🔸 Candidate Skills:
- Strong event operations and project management skills
- Ability to manage large-scale conferences, roundtables, and corporate events
- Experience in vendor negotiation and cost optimization
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management, including CXO-level interactions
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in planning timelines, budgets, and event logistics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills during live events
- Good understanding of B2B events, partnerships, and sponsorship coordination
- Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration
