πŸ”Έ Job Responsibilities:
● Identify potential customers from enterprise/corporate segments
● Research key contacts including Facility Management teams, Architects, MEP Consultants, and PMC for commercial real estate projects
● Generate leads independently through B2B portals, emails, and cold calling
● Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
● Apply consultative sales approach using case studies and use cases
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
● Create client presentations, demos, proposals, and quotations
● Maintain accurate sales tracking and updates in CRM
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
● Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering

● Strong B2B sales and enterprise sales experience
● Knowledge of SaaS / IoT solutions selling
● Experience dealing with architects, consultants, and facility managers
● Consultative selling and relationship-building skills
● Strong presentation and communication skills
● CRM tools knowledge and reporting ability
● Lead generation through cold calling, email, and B2B platforms
● Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach
● Ability to work in field and office environment
