Sales Manager
π Job Description:
πΈ Job Responsibilities:
β Identify potential customers from enterprise/corporate segments
β Research key contacts including Facility Management teams, Architects, MEP Consultants, and PMC for commercial real estate projects
β Generate leads independently through B2B portals, emails, and cold calling
β Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
β Apply consultative sales approach using case studies and use cases
β Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
β Create client presentations, demos, proposals, and quotations
β Maintain accurate sales tracking and updates in CRM
β Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
β Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering

πΈ Candidate Skills:
β Strong B2B sales and enterprise sales experience
β Knowledge of SaaS / IoT solutions selling
β Experience dealing with architects, consultants, and facility managers
β Consultative selling and relationship-building skills
β Strong presentation and communication skills
β CRM tools knowledge and reporting ability
β Lead generation through cold calling, email, and B2B platforms
β Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach
β Ability to work in field and office environment
πΈ Qualification: BBA / BCA / Engineering or equivalent (Preferred)
πΈ Experience: 3-5 Years
πΈ Location: Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, Pune
