📝 Job Description:

🔸 Job Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor the operations team to drive productivity, accountability, and high-performance outcomes.
Oversee end-to-end execution of conferences, roundtables, roadshows, events, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate campaign and project performance to ensure fulfilment of all client commitments and deliverables.
Manage cross-functional coordination across vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders for multiple simultaneous projects and events.
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to optimize costs while maintaining service quality and delivery standards.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to strengthen collaboration and business continuity.
Act as a primary client interface, ensuring strong engagement, transparent communication, and high satisfaction levels.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with CXO-level stakeholders to support business growth and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure vendor billing accuracy, invoice verification, timely payments, budget reconciliation, and cost optimization.
Monitor and improve organizational gross profit by driving cost efficiency, resource optimization, and operational effectiveness.

🔸 Candidate Skills:

Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and client relationship management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure smooth operational execution.
