Job Responsibilities

Produce high-quality technical documentation that simplifies complex concepts related to WordPress products, widgets, and blocks.

Create comprehensive and easy-to-understand user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other supporting materials to help users effectively utilize our WordPress solutions.

Collaborate closely with our product development and design teams to gather insights and understand product features and functionalities.

Conduct in-depth research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in the WordPress ecosystem.

Ensure all content aligns with SEO guidelines and optimize the content for search engine visibility.

Revise and update existing documentation based on user feedback, product updates, or industry changes.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to gather relevant information and validate technical accuracy.

Candidate Skills:

Proven working experience as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in the WordPress domain.

Strong command of the English language with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Proficient in WordPress and experience building websites using the platform.

Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize content accordingly.

Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to a non-technical audience.
